Post: Fixed term Specialty Doctor CMHT Central West

Location: Kath Locke Centre Hulme, Manchester

An opportunity for an experienced doctor to work in a city centre catchment area as one of two Specialty doctors in an newly refurbished building.

Weekly supervision from the two Consultants and encouragement to attend CPD and work towards section 12 Approval (if not currently approved).

Post-holder will have own Surface Pro, secretarial support and access to weekly journal club/case conference.

Driving licence preferable.

The catchment area for this post is the grouping of Hulme, Rusholme and the City Centre of Manchester practices . This includes the Robert Darbishire Practice group which hosts a large number of University student patient registrations

The Central West CMHT is based at the Kath Locke Centre in Hulme about half a mile from the on the MRI site and is co-located with medical staff and secretaries.

The post holder will split their time between the two Consultants. Currently there are two long term Locum Consultants: Dr Belal Chowdhury and Dr Cipriano Varela .
