We are looking to recruit a dynamic and experienced Medical PA to be based at the Specialist Services Network, Medium Secure Unit at the Edenfield Centre, Prestwich.
This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to provide a comprehensive and confidential administrative and secretarial service to their allocated Consultants and associate professional team.
The post-holder should have strong secretarial skills and be an excellent communicator with experience of working to tight and changing deadlines. Applicants should be highly organised and efficient, supported by strong ICT skills with the ability to work on their own initiative and with limited supervision. Ideally you will have worked in an NHS secretarial role with proficiency in electronic patient systems and processes.
The post-holder will have line management responsibility for administration staff. Previous management experience would be advantageous.
